World class service provided by Lauren & Noah at Park Road Viva Chicken! They have the best energy and helped us choose our meal. They gave us a trey of fried rice with chicken & spicy sauce and it was incredible!!! We will be back

Lauren, who took my order was great. She was patient and explained the menu when I had questions. I always enjoy the food but I find the portions a little small.

Our first time at Viva Chicken and it did not disappoint. Lauren was so excited that it was our first visit that she came from around the counter and walked us through the menu. Shared some fan favorites and her own for recommendations. A little wait time so they gave us a 10 gift card! Oh and the food is really good too!!

Lauren’s service was outstanding! She made recommendations for the Verde Super Green salad in terms of chicken salad and the honey cilantro vinaigrette! Amazing choices. Above all, she was pleasant, cheerful and just a joy to be around. Please keep her! She’s a gem!

Enjoyed my “mommy-son” lunch date. Rachel took my order and was very pleasant. She helped me find a high chair for my toddler and brought it to the table. And Chef Marcus was so thoughtful. I accidentally left my card case and debit card and ID at home. Because they don’t have tap to pay, he was kind enough to gift me and my son’s meal. Traveling all the way back home with a hungry toddler was not what I had intended and he made my day even more! Kudos to the good customer service today! And if the higher ups read this, give them a raise!

My wife and I just moved to Charlotte, and this was our first time trying Viva La Chicken. Tamika helped us out and gave some great recommendations! She really went above and beyond to make our first visit a great one. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were just right. We’ll definitely be back for round two!

First time at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised to find easy parking. They are connected to Jimmy Johns, so parking is available in the front of the building, side, and even back of another building in that same lot. I placed an online pick-up order and arrived right at 12:30 p.m., and it was ready! There was no lunch crowd, and the weather was PERFECT, so I was able to enjoy my lunch on a table in the covered patio. They did have part of the patio uncovered, so I was able to enjoy the breeze come through. It was such a great Friday afternoon lunch. The music was amazing, and I felt the vibes. Everyone was super friendly and efficient, and I will definitely return to this location again.

Although I have visited Viva Chicken quite a few times, I have to admit their customer service during my latest visit was ROCKSTAR level! To be honest, I have always had excellent customer service here, but this time, I felt compelled to boast a little bit about Viva Chicken. Viva Chicken is a restaurant off of Park Road that specializes in marinated chicken grilled Peruvian-style on a charcoal rotisserie. Their charcoal-fired rotisserie is very tasty, I promise. On this specific night, we ordered the family dinner: Half-charcoal-fire rotisserie Cilantro Rice Plantains Mild and spicy sauces The cashier was welcoming, kind, and warm-- I believe he was the manager, but I didn't get his name. He was truly delightful! I was very pleased, especially because it was almost time for restaurant to close. I can see that this place has a professional yet friendly customer service vibe, and I adore it I have to say, the chicken was amazing! Our only disappointment was that we didn't opt for the full chicken - we literally devoured the chicken. Trust me, we won't make that mistake again. :) Check out Viva Chicken if you're in the mood for some succulent, savory, and literally falling off the bone rotisserie chicken!
